From despair and self-attack to happiness and self-confidence, this is the transformation that happens when you see me. Using attachment theory and acknowledgement of childhood trauma enables clients to perceive their life experiences in a different light and to be more empathic to their own selves and the experience of others. Emotions that have been long stifled are given the opportunity for expression which frees the soul. Insightful help is offered regarding ways to interact with significant people.

Being the daughter of Holocaust survivors, I understand trauma and the intergenerational transmission of trauma first hand. This gives me an in-depth ability to hear the pain and struggles of other people and help them to heal.
