Overview
If you’re struggling after a loss or a major life transition, it makes sense that nothing makes sense. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, confused, and like you don’t know where to turn, you are not alone. What if you had a supportive and calming space where you could feel seen and understood, make sense of your experience, and find a way forward that feels right for you? Whether you’re struggling with grief, relationship issues, stress, or overwhelm, I can provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel nurtured and supported.
As your therapist, I will partner with you in a way that honors your pain, respects your needs, and builds upon your strengths. I can help you better understand your experience and responses, learn new ways to cope, and offer tools and perspectives to help you feel supported and empowered. My approach is open, warm, and grounded in curiosity and compassion.
I view therapy as a partnership that centers you and your unique experience. Let’s work together to help you feel supported and to create a gentle path forward. Life can feel unbearable, but you don’t have to bear it alone. I invite you to schedule a free consultation to see if I might be the right therapist for you.
