Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, reactivity associated with past traumas, and/or relationships that leave you feeling drained and defeated?
One-on-one therapy can help you get unstuck from harmful patterns, rediscover your authentic value(s), and reconnect with people and pastimes that enliven you. This can be a difficult path to forge when you’re used to putting everything and everyone else first. And it’s a path you don’t have to walk alone. As your guide & co-explorer, I will help you to deepen awareness of the habits, narratives, and emotional blocks that are holding you back while also respecting your unique process, which is rarely linear and never exactly the same as someone else’s—just like you.

You are not alone. Our closest adult relationships trigger wounds from childhood, where we first learned how relationships work and what our role(s) in them would be. This early conditioning (also known as attachment) determines the baseline to which we regress when threatened with rejection, humiliation, or abandonment. None of us got to choose our attachment experiences—and, with practice, we can choose to pause when triggered, reregulate our nervous systems, and act from our values instead of reacting from our conditioning.
Therapy works on multiple levels to alleviate symptoms, establish new routines, build skills, and enable transformative growth. Early on, our work will focus on building trust and momentum while introducing frameworks to understand your experience & practicing skills (e.g., emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, boundary setting, supportive self-talk). As our work deepens, I will encourage you to experiment with new ways of being in relationship with yourself and others. This may involve embodying emotions, speaking as or to sensations, creating dialogue in session, trying on statements to see how they resonate, acting out past experiences, providing for what was needed then in the here & now, and practicing receptivity.

Fees
My private pay rate for individuals & couples is $150. I am partnering with Reimbursify to help clients access out-of-network benefits, which involve submitting invoices to receive reimbursement for out-of-pocket therapy costs.
Insurance
Out-of-network reimbursement for a portion of the cost may be available, depending on the terms of your insurance policy. I am not in network or under contract with any insurance companies.
